Covid-19

The Village GP is pleased to advise that we are an approved vaccination provider for the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccines. We are happy to help provide COVID-19 immunisation for our local area and the wider community.

To find out when you are eligible to receive the vaccine, visit eligibility checker and complete the COVID-19 Vaccine Eligibility Checker. This will tell you which phase of the rollout you are in.

The COVID-19 vaccine is government-funded and incurs no additional out-of-pocket costs.

COVID-19 Vaccine Update – Boosters

Pfizer COVID-19 Booster shots are now available at The Village GP Black Rock. Booster doses are currently available to:

– People aged 12yrs and over with severe immune compromised conditions

– People aged 18yrs and over who received their second COVID vaccine dose at least 3 months ago

Booster doses are not mandatory, however, they are recommended to maintain immunity against COVID-19.
